The Cyprus salt flakes are known for their large brilliant white pyramid shaped crystals. They are light and fluffy with a mild taste, characteristic of Mediterranean salts. Cyprus Flake Salt is excellent for cooking and baking since the crystals melt very fast but it is still commonly used as a garnish for fish and vegetables. For a serving suggestion, sprinkle over fettuccini Alfredo. The beautiful brilliant white adds both flavor and nice colour contrast.
